Two New All-Digital Logging Units Taking Shape

We are currently involved in the the build-out of two brand new, all-digital logging and video  units.  These vans will be equipped with state of the art logging acquisition and tools from Robertson Geologging Ltd., and the latest generation of down-hole video survey equipment from CCV.  With 3300' of coaxial cable these units will be available for service in all of our operations areas.  This will bring our total fleet of logging and video service vehicles to thirteen.  We also plan on adding a larger logging/video unit with extended depth capabilities in 2007.   This is all part of our on-going equipment modernization effort.  In fact, in the last six years we have invested over one million dollars on new logging gear. It has been a long time coming, but recent advances in computer technology now allow us to transfer video logs from VHS tape to CD or DVD with relative ease.  There are many advantages to archiving videos onto CD or DVD.  CDs take up far less space than bulky VHS cassettes and are much more durable.  Using welenco's free video viewer program you can easily review videos right from you computer.  Also included on  each  CD is an image file of the video report form which can be viewed and printed at your leisure.    This is an additional service and  is not included in the regular video log pricing.  If you are interested in having existing videos transferred or  would like future videos burned to CD/DVD call us for pricing.
